AI Cloud ERP Consultant
AI Cloud ERP Consultant
Main Responsibilities
- Provide implementation consulting services for AI-enabled cloud ERP systems, primarily in Japanese.
- Learn and develop expertise in Oracle NetSuite Cloud ERP and SunSystems Cloud Accounting Solutions.
- Implement ERP solutions, including requirements analysis, system design, system configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Prepare detailed documentation related to requirements, design, and testing.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of one or more functional areas, including accounting, purchasing, sales, inventory, business intelligence, and workflow.
- Execute work plans, identify resource requirements, understand and set priorities for available resources, and monitor project task performance.
- Manage projects involving resource allocation, scheduling, and issue resolution.
- Provide pre-sales consulting support, including conducting system demonstrations.
- Travel may be required depending on project needs.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent Japanese language skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in ERP or accounting system implementation, with any ERP or accounting solution such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, SuperStream, Grandit, OBIC7, or Smile.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and writing skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel and database skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new software and research capabilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- A team player with a very positive attitude.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Programming knowledge, such as JavaScript, and/or database knowledge is a plus.
- English language skills are preferred, but not required.
- Accounting knowledge is an advantage.
Working Conditions
Employment Type: Permanent employment
Expected Annual Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and ability (Highly competitive compensation)
Salary Review: Once per year in April
Transportation Allowance: Fully reimbursed
Working Hours and Holidays
Working Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (60-minute break)
Holidays: 120 days per year / Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) / Year-end and New Year holidays

AI Cloud ERP Sales
Job Description
You will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies for the mid-market AI cloud ERP solutions offered by our company. The products you will handle include Oracle NetSuite, Infor SunSystems, and AI for Enterprise.
- Proactively drive sales activities targeting new customers
- Upsell and cross-sell solutions to existing customers
- Generate new business opportunities by engaging ERP vendors, internal teams, partners, and other stakeholders
Required Experience, Capabilities, and Skills
Required
- At least 5 years of B2B enterprise solution sales experience
- Strong sales track record
- Ability to accurately understand clients’ business needs and make optimal proposals
- Excellent communication and client negotiation skills
Experience in developing and executing account plans - Strong motivation to acquire new customers and develop new markets
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to prepare proposals and quotations
- Basic legal knowledge related to contracts
- Accuracy in handling numbers and terms, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred
- Solution sales experience at an ERP vendor or SIer
- Experience presenting proposals to senior executives

System Engineer
System Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a System Engineer who can drive business transformation for our clients—primarily mid-sized global companies—through customized development for cloud ERP solutions and the implementation and integration of AI technologies. In this role, you will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to development and deployment, delivering optimal solutions tailored to each client’s operational challenges. This position goes beyond traditional ERP work, offering opportunities to combine various cloud services with AI technologies to build more advanced, high-value solutions. By working on global projects across diverse business domains, you will be able to strengthen both your technical expertise and consulting capabilities in an environment that supports your growth as a highly skilled engineer.
Specifically, you will be responsible for and/or lead the following:
- Requirements Definition
- Basic Design
- Detailed Design
- Development (Programming)
- Testing
You will take ownership of and lead these activities as part of project delivery.
After joining the company, you will have the opportunity to receive training in cloud ERP development and AI integration.
1. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of application development experience in one or more of the following: Java, JavaScript, or PHP.
- Experience developing backend business systems, financial systems, or other enterprise applications is preferred, although ERP experience is not required. Candidates with frontend-only experience may also be considered.
- Experience preparing business or technical documentation.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency is required. English is not required, but would be considered a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in working with people.
2. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing API integrations between cloud services.
- Experience building systems in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in architecture planning and solution design.
- English language skills.
